Returns & Refunds

Whizark offers a 7-day easy return & exchange policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unused and returned with original packaging. Refunds/exchanges are subject to successful inspection at our warehouse.

You can easily place a return request through your Whizark account under “My Orders.” Once the request is confirmed, our delivery partner will pick up the product from your address. Please ensure the item is unused, unwashed, and has all original tags/packaging.

Refunds are processed after the returned product passes a quick quality check. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card) or to your Whizark Wallet within 5–7 business days.

I wish to exchange my product. Exchanges are available for size and color (if in stock). Simply select the “Exchange” option while raising your return request.

A small platform/convenience fee may be applied on select orders. This fee helps us maintain smooth operations and enhance your shopping experience.

If courier pickup isn’t available in your location, you can send the product back to us using any reliable courier service at your own cost. Once we receive and verify the returned product, we’ll reimburse your shipping charges (up to a fixed limit).

No. For hygiene and quality reasons, products with a broken or tampered plastic seal are not eligible for return or refund.

Yes, you may try the clothes to check size and fit. However, please ensure the plastic seal/tag remains intact. Products with broken seals cannot be returned.

The seal ensures that the product has not been used or worn extensively. To maintain hygiene and protect other customers, returns are only accepted if the seal is unbroken.
